Benjamin turned eleven on September 26! Where has the time gone? Four more years and these boys will be thinking about driving! (That is a scary thought!) He started the morning by opening up eleven presents. He loved the Calvin and Hobbs books. Then Jason took him out to breakfast. After school, his dad and Uncle Chuck took the five boys for a birthday slumber party at The Westin. They had a fab time. Swimming, Pizza, Games, Golf and all around wildness. What more could a boy want.
They spent much of their time in the pool and on the water slide. Then they headed out to run around on the golf course and used the putting green.
Benjamin is one cool kid. He LOVES to read. At this point in his life, he seems to enjoy most things: movies, books, the outdoors, sports, drawing, acting, ping pong. He has a tender heart towards others and is growing into quite the young man. I am proud to be his mom!
