Family Pictures

I took pictures of each of us to send to GG and PoPo who are in Hawaii yet again.  We miss them!  I am going to have these printed and sent to them so they can see each of our cute little faces!  I love my family!!

Take me out to the ball game.

Jason and Chuck took the boys to a Diamondback game.  They arrived early and got to take a tour of the stadium.  The six of them had a great time.  They caught many balls at batting practice.  I love the picture of Winston getting a different view of the park.  I love that my kids get to be close to their cousins for this season of life.  Much fun is had when everyone is together!

Girl's Time!

This was our ninth annual trip with the girls.  We headed up to Prescott and had a great time at the cabin.  We hiked and hiked and hiked.  We also watched Gilmore Girls, Baby Mama, and lots of Arrested Development.  Sweet Tarts was as yummy as ever, they have the best sandwiches! Check out their menu online. If you are ever in Prescott, stop in!  We ate there twice.  VaNessa, we missed you! Maybe next year.

Nora the hairdresser

One time, about 13 years ago michelle and I went on an Amor Mexico Mission trip with Mountain Park Church from Lake Oswego, OR, it was 1 week after ODF went on an Amor Mission trip.  When we were there some girls on the trip but all kinds of braids in my hair while we were in line at Magic Mountain(This was after the "Mission Trip" part was over of course).... So, when we get home, we go over to our friends- The Bachali's and sure enough, unbeknownst to me, Matthew had the same thing done, I am searching for a photo of it.....  Until then, enjoy this photo from tonight and Eleanor the future hairdresser.

Lost and Found

Sunday we went to a Lost and Found concert.  They are a unique, odd group.  We had a great time! About 40 people from Open Door attended.  The musicians wrote a verse of a song about Winston.  If you want to learn more about this group check out their web site at speedwood.com. 

Lucy the Dog...

One of Nora's favorite past times is to take photos of our dog Lucy.  Lucy does not really like this.  She tries to hide from her.  Overall, she is a great great dog.  Sometimes she sneaks out the back fence but she always comes around and sits by the front door and waits for us to arrive home.  She loves to chase the tennis ball until it makes you crazy.  She is a great family pet!

Two Favorite Pictures...

These are two of my favorite photos from when the boys were little.  The one of Benjamin was taken at Butler Park on the slide.  I love how his hair is so full of static.  Winston was on the beach somewhere along the Oregon Coast.  I  have always felt he is the most photogenic of my children and I guess it started early!  This photo looks like an add for a line of children's clothing. Some times I wish I could go back just for a day or even a few hours to hold them again.  I try holding them today but they don't quite fit the same on my lap!  I have a handful of favorite photos, and will post them as I come across them as they are the old fashioned photos and have to be scanned in.
